Once the item is processed, we provide a standard shipping option, which typically takes 3-8 business days for delivery, depending on the local postal services in the destination country.

  • Working days are: Monday to Friday (and do not include public holidays or weekends)

Do I pay duties and taxes?

How can I track my order?

Once your ithem is shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

 I have entered an incorrect address ?

Return & Refund

Can I return the order?

Yes of course, we accept returns, You have 14-day return warranty after receiving the goods to initiate a return.

What is the return and refund policy?

To accept your return, we ask the following requirements to be met:

Item/s must be in original condition.

• Item/s must not have been used in any way.

• Item/s must not be opened.

  • Item/s on sale or gift cards.

How do I request a return?

  • State your order number "you find it in the order confirmation email"
  • State the reason for returning.
  • Explain conditions of your order if they meet the conditions in the previous question.

What to do after my return is accepted?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@exolio.store

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped. After 5 minutes of placing the order, it may already be in progress, making it difficult to cancel. If cancellation is not possible, you will need to follow our standard return process.
